Timetable

Beginner's Courses last for 8 weeks and require booking. Please check the Beginner's page for upcoming start dates. The Beginner's Class on Saturday mornings is open for casual attendance, or for those wishing to make up missed classes from a course.

The classes for General students are dedicated to the learning of the prelude forms. The morning classes for Experienced students are only available by appointment and feature one-to-one style teaching. Those wishing to attend these classes must be proficient in at least one of the prelude forms. Here, students are given asanas according to their individual needs and guided towards developing their own personal practice.

Nrtta Sadhana is the adaptation of rhythmic dance for the purpose of self cultivation. This practice is appropriate only for those who are already well versed in the three prelude forms of Shadow Yoga.

Please note that 10 Class Cards are valid for 5 weeks only, and 20 Class Cards for 7 weeks. All class cards and course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
